Return, Exchange and Refund Policies

 

Return Policy/Damage Policy

We are proud to offer quality products with great value to our customers. Product received in good condition is not returnable or cancelable. No refunds are available. In the rare occurrence that an item arrives damaged on delivery or is otherwise damaged before your possession, please notify the delivery team or a Corner’s Representative of the damage. Please promptly take time to inspect Product you have received. Any damaged Product on delivery will be returned to the store by the delivery team and an exchange will be promptly processed. In the rare occurrence that there is a delay from the workshop, we will work our hardest to exchange the Product as timely as possible. Corner’s will not be held responsible for a delay caused by a workshop.

Pick Up Policy

Corner’s will contact you to schedule your Product pick up/delivery. For any purchase made online upon delivery or pick up of Product, card holder must be physically present upon delivery or pick up. Customer will need a valid ID and the credit card used in the transaction. At this time, an imprint of the credit card used and all credit card slips must be signed by the cardholder. NO EXCEPTIONS! If cardholder is not available for delivery or pick up, the customer can come into the store prior to delivery or pick up to sign all necessary paperwork. Valid ID and credit card used for transaction required. NO EXCEPTIONS! Corner’s goes the extra mile to protect our customers and our establishment. We appreciate your business. Defective Product must be returned within 7 days of pick up date and returned in original packaging.

Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we will gladly exchange defective Product if returned within 7 days of pick-up date and returned in original packaging. There are absolutely no refunds available.
Any Product opened from the original packaging, assembled in any way or set up will not be eligible for a refund, return or exchange.

When a customer, places an order with Corner’s, a representative from Corner’s will submit your order to the workshop usually within 24 hours of the order being placed. Once the order has been placed with the workshop, you are financially responsible for the Product as well as Corner’s. There are no cancellations after the order has been placed with the workshop. A restocking fee of 25% will be charged for any returned item.

Once an order has been placed with the workshop, it will take 7 – 21 business days or less to arrive at Corner’s. On the rare occurrence that there is a delay with a workshop, Corner’s will do it’s best to satisfy our customers. Corner’s appreciates each and every customer and your happiness is our priority. We will work hard to make you happy even if it means a 2 part delivery, finding another piece of Product that you will love with special pricing or we will gladly refund your money.

Customer Responsibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to measure the desired space and any openings to get to the desired space. Corner’s will not be held responsible for any Product that does not fit into the desired space.

Colors may vary online. Corner’s works hard to show the very best pictures of Product online. Colors & shades may vary in person. Corner’s will not be responsible for shade or color variations. You are more than welcome to visit our studio to view Product in person provided it is on the Corner’s studio floor.

Layaway Policy

Corner’s offers a variety of flexible ways to pay for your Product. All items on our website/pages and our showroom floor are eligible for layaway unless it is a floor sample or closeout. Any layaway is not to extend over 6 months. If the layaway is not paid in full in the 6-month time frame, the amount paid is non refundable unless other arrangements have been made with Corner’s Management. Any Product on layaway will not be ordered until the Product is paid in full and delivery or pick up arrangements have been made. In the rare occurrence the Product is not available from the workshop, a store credit will be issued unless prior arrangements have been made with Corner’s Management. The customer is responsible for any workshop price increases while the item is on layaway. Deposits are non-refundable. Delivery charges and taxes apply. All policies apply.

Payment Policy

Corner’s offers a variety of flexible ways to pay for your Product. We offer financing, layaway and major credit cards accepted. Corner’s does not store any credit card or personal information electronically. We do not accept checks or money orders. NO EXCEPTIONS!

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Corner’s reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Other Conditions

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Corner’s signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.

Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.

Taxes

Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the same state. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
